Have an idea, need suggestions!!!

I plan on painting the grill, and came with an idea to paint the lower grill also, but add a textured surface, has been done on a tacoma on this forum. What do you guys think?

I have decided not to paint it, but use 3m-Dinoc instead. It should come out much cleaner.
