Exclamation high output alternator

I have done my big 3 with 0 gauge... are there any other preperations or upgrades I should do?
High output unit is a denso 170amp

Where did you get it and does the belt alignment match up? Does the plug pinout match? Any pics?

havent gotten it yet, the ones i've seen were 130a... all the pulleys and connections match up with the originals on the ones i saw

sry i misread details... the 170a is for the newer models, and i cant seem to find the 140a either... but i see the 130a on alot of different sites thats the cheapest one i saw without really looking too hard

this one says it fits the 94-99 es300(isnt the 96 avalon equipped with the same engine?)

All the VZ/1MZ family transverse v6's can swap alternators. That includes the optional 130amp Highlander HO alternator. You could get your alternator rebuilt to a higher amp rating also.

thx. Man... that's what I thought but wasn't sure... I'm gonna save up for that 180 from maniac n run with a bxi 608 amp for my subs n put an amp for my doors as well... maybe ill make a diy for the swap. When I do it...
