What Scratch?!?

Before:

Step 1:

As you can see, the touch up paint doesn't match that well. I'm assuming once I put clear coat on it will get better?

So far, I sanded it down than gave it a couple coats of paint. The I bought a scratch repair kit, and proceeded to use the compounds and sanding blocks to even things out.

I'll update once I finish tomorrow.

So...It didn't turn out too good, touch up paint doesnt match. Read that Pearls are the one of the hardest paints to match.
Anyways, once I get enough cash, I'll set aside $200 to get it painted.

I'd live with it. $200 is too much to paint the bumper on a car this age for a scratch that minor. It looks like if you put a more cooler white on it it would blend better.

But thats me, and what I'd do on my car. My car is in pretty good shape, yours looks like it is even better. But then again I'm sure we both dont go out photo shooting door dings, haha.

My friend said it would be about $100, from a place that painted the front end his lexus. They did a good job. I'm wondering it they could just paint the damaged area.I would get it done asap if it was like 50 bucks.

I know its considered an old car, but this is like the 2nd scratch on the car, and it stands out so much. The exterior is the nice part, interior is . Trying to keep it that way.
