Prgramming Key Fob

Hi;
I have '95 Avalon, 220k Km. She runs excellent. I own it since last 16 months.
I had working key fob (I believe original) that I lost. Hence I ordered original from www.Remotesandkeys.com.
It came with programming instructions (remove light failure switch located in trunk, short terminals 11 and 12 etc), but they didn't work. I dont think I have dealer installed system.
I also tried instructions for 1997 (locking-unlocking door 10 times from inside etc), but that too didnt work.
Any help please?? I am really stuck without key fob..you can imagine!
An Avalon definitely deserves keyless entry!
Thanks a lot in advance.
Regards;
Avlover

Thanks a lot for your reply...I have tried that in past, but didn't work. Finally I had no choice than to take it to dealer, and got it fixed. Total cost of getting new remote: $170.
I didnt want remote starter...it would have costed a lot more, and probably more prone to problems in future.
