Why did you have to change your sensor?
You have to check the wires and plugs leading to the sensor and the clock module. I also suggest unplugging the the associated plugs, blowing them out with yor breath, and plugging them back in. its a long shot, but if you're doing a visual inspection you might as well.
individual compeonents will not go fail inside of a module due to a fuse. Fuses protect/take out entire systems and modules.
This may be useful, when I turn on my car, the module powers up, where the clock and "outside" illuminate at the same time. A few seconds later the temperature will also appear.
Canada is a pretty big place, hard to list used part locations without a city.. Try a junkyard.
