What's up guys it's been a while. Anyway I got some hyper yellow fog light bulbs the other day and I'm just wondering if anyone knows the easiest way to switch them out. It's freezing out and I'd rather not spend long so it would help if I had some advice. I'll post pics for you guys once there in. Thanks guys!
i sure hope you figure it out (the little metal piece) because i'll be reading this thread and doing the same thing you're doing as soon as this stupid weather turns nice.
Can you post pics when you get the yellow bulbs installed? I'm considering doing this, I just wanna see how it looks on an Avalon before I try.

I also have to change a fog light, maybe I'll do it tomorrow, so this thread will be helpful..

I'll probably end up finishing mine tomorrow also, I need to go get a screwdriver to fit in there to remove that bracket Looking piece, doesn't look like they just pop out or twist.
Does anyone know how to install fog lights from scratch? I have a 98 XL that didn't come with them but I've bought the lights, the XLS light switch on the steering column, a relay fuse, and found that it was pre-wired so I hooked it all up but they don't turn on. What am I missing?

Hmmm...did you say it had the fog relay and fuse already installed?
