The repair is only worth it if you feel it is. If you don't mind filling the resevior every now and then, leave it be. When you start to notice you have to add more and more and a more frequent interval, then you know it's something that is becomming neccessary and pay it more attention.
The oil pan might be a little different since it's the blood of the engine we're talking about. Keep an eye on it because you don't want it to cause you to run low on oil. If you're a quart low between changes then I'd get it done for peace of mind because it's only going to get worse if you ignore it and could cause issues.
Ask your mechanic to keep an eye on both items when you bring in your car for service and hopefully when the time has come to need those parts repalced, he/she will let you know.
