Hope you have lots of money, no car will tolerate that kind of abuse for long without a serious infusion of cash. Seriously if you want to drive like that get a fun car to beat up and lay off your daily driver
I agree with him ^, it's not going to be long before you hear a very loud bang followed by the sound of metal pieces clattering against the undercarriage. From what you're telling us your intent is to see how quickly you can kill the car. Hope you're saving money now because you have a major expense coming in the very near future.
My only hope is that when (not if) your car lets go because of stupid actions you don't end up harming some nearby person.

while your facts are correct, your wisdom is lacking, in the extreme. how did you learn what you told this kid? somebody tell you? doubt that...
you have to LET PEOPLE MAKE THEIR MISTAKES. that's the way you learned, i learned and all of use that learned, learned the pain (not having a car anymore) makes the lesson real...
Letting people make their own mistakes is one thing. Making their mistakes on public roads (bet I'm right about that assumption) is altogether a different matter.
But you're probably right. You've managed to deduce that I lack wisdom and that my facts are correct (can somebody show me a single fact I posted?).
But on the other hand I had the wisdom to know that if I put a car in park at 15mph, or thew it into gear at 5000 rpm when it has over 200k miles on it that something is going to break. Nobody needed to tell me. I suppose I was just trying to share that wisdom...that I lack. And that's a fact.
First off, to the forum and you have a very nice car.
Second, I don't know how old you are, but some of the stuff you listed is very immature. Slamming it into park at 15 mph? Why? Why would you neutral drop it too? Especially a high mileage car. These cars can take a lot of abuse, but they won't last forever with that kind of severe abuse. I'm sure we've all peeled out on occasion, but that's a bit extreme.
Anyways, please don't kill any innocent drivers out on the roads. Have fun with your car, but remember that sooner or later it will give up on you.

the sharing of absent wisdom is quite common... let's just say that, in the 21st century, if you want your clothes washed you have to be smarter than the washing machine, and leave it at that when i was x-teen, and even well into my 20s, TELLING me not to do something was the quickest way to get it done... 'twas about hormones; the time of the (my) season...
even then i respected my cars 'cause i had to buy them, myself. obviously not the case, here. ah, but there are people that appear, at least, to believe the universe will not continue, without their "help"
I'm like, really OLD. looking back, i perceive the "master plan;" the "invisible hand;" the love of God that has nurtured and taught me, throughout this life. God speaks, not with words, but with experiences; by weaving It's gifts into what we perceive, as "reality"...
Bob2, There's nothing wrong with letting someone skin their knees occasionally, yet as a sage you have a responsibility to mentor to the less experienced. That is what this forum is about. Didn't your mother tell you if you don't have anything good to say, don't say it? I'm sure we've all had people in our past that helped us with some good advice that we didn't appreciate until we became old. So dredge some up and contribute it positively and we'll all be the better for it. Amorgan 93-welcome and listen up, we'd like you to stick around to add to this forum.

be careful what you ask... you just might get it.
as a "sage" i am responsible to none, for there are none. service to others is service to self, in minds that are not ready to face the fact that the self, is all there is. all else is illusion, on a very good day, and delusion, the rest of the time!
let me make it simple... all i am, to you, is a perception, in your mind. that's all i ever can be. perceptions are, for the most part, choices; statements only the "wise" can hear, concerning the person that made the choice... in short, the perceptions you choose say much, much more about you than they do about the thing you perceive.
so, there you have it - something "positive." now you know that you will describe your SELF, evermore, by the manner in which you choose to respond
