hello need help plz

i have a 95 avalon thats been running good untill one day it started ideling funny and now i have to give it a good amout of gas to start off . its fine when i get up to speed , just when i start out. and i took it to some guy (wrong) he did some wire jumpping thing under the hood and now it wont even start . any help i need to get it running cus i work out of town and cant lose my job . thanks for reading .... o ya i also changed the o2 and still nothing thanks

ok i got it to turn on it was a fuse but its still running bad but only when i take off

Clean the throttle body, and spray cleaner into the Idle air control valve port.

Here is a DIY on how to do so.

Don't hold the throttle valve open with a screwdriver though.
