PO401 and VSV

I need to replace the EGR vacuum switch valve on my '95 Avalon 1MZFE. I have been trying to locate the part NEW online and have been having a difficult time. I called my local NAPA store and they told me that the part was only available through Toyota. Is this true? I don't believe so.
Does anyone have the part number and where I can order this part without getting raped by Toyota Parts Dept.
Thank you in advance for your help.

Try toyotapartsman here on the forums. He is a parts manager and a great guy to deal with (I have purchased from him personally and his prices, shipping and knowledge are second to none.
