Engine Torque Strut-Replace w/Stock or use Urethane?

I have a '95 Avalon XL and the Engine Torque Strut is on its last days (rubber disintegrating)--Is the Toyota part the best one or does it really matter? -Or-is replacing the rubber bushings w/Urethane the way to go? If so, does somebody make a bolt on part or do you have to just buy the urethane and have them pressed on?

As always any and all suggestions, tips, ideas or advice is greatly appreciated

I went with factory on my 99 Avy. If you search the web, you will find many sites showing you how to make your own urethane dogbone replacement bushings. Very cheap and easy. BUT, one big problem. The hard urethane transmits vibration into the cabin which some don't mind (at least they say they don't mind) but I couldn't take it.
