Replacement Mirrors?
Anyone know where (other than the dealer who wants $250) I can find a replacement passenger side mirror? I have the 5-wire harness on the mirror, which I assume means it's heated. None of the replacement parts folks seem to carry the heated variety, and the plug on the non-heated variety is incompatible (Unlike my Sienna which just doesn't have the heater pins)

On a related note, anyone know how the mirror heat is controlled? Is it tied to rear defrost?

I had my choice of sources for a heated (albeit driver side) mirror last summer when I broke my son's on his Camry. Most of the online sources selling body parts offered it.
