Gen1 Glow Gauge For 98 Avalon

Hello guy,

i just recently sold my 98 camry and got a 98 avalon that i want to make my project car. i was wondering do they sell glow gauges for the avalon because i just loved them in the camry. any help will be appreciated. Thank you guys

Glow gauge, you mean that EL stuff that goes around the instrument cluster? I dont know of any direct applications marketed for the Avalon, but the V6 / 1MZ-FE camry had a very similar gauge cluster as the similar year Avalon, so you might find some luck there.

Atleast, I think the tach and spedo were the same shape and size in Camry and Avalon.

You can achive this result with using drop in replacement four '194' LED

But if you're looking to get like my dash, its a day long project.

Heres a hack-job of a write up I did for the HVAC controls, same method and process for the Instrument cluster. If you;re able to do it depends on your technical aptitude

Ok with option one I need four bulds? And they are just plug and play nothing else needed? I would love to do your setup but I tend to mess up projects that are not mandatory.
