Hey Guys sorry ive been busy these past days been getting a new tranny put in my car.
But no its not hard at all youll get: 2metal tubes, 3 rubber grips..all you have to do is uninstall your stock intake which is like 3 min all together to do and then you insert rubber moulding then the metal tube that you hook up the hose line too, another moulding and the most important part you will reuse the air flow sensor thats on the stock intake thats connected to the black tubing. so insert that then again another moulding and finally insert the intake cover.
in all it took me 10 min because i was making sure everything was correct. and in the end it sounded beautiful.
fair warning at first a warning light will pop on in the dash but no worries it goes away with in a couple days because the car isnt used to taking in so much air so the afs goes outta whack but its all good.
actually guys, yours is easier, i just relooked at the picture and its moulding tubing that you connect the lines, moulding, air flow sensor, moulding, and intake. so you have like 2 less parts then me so it should be a lot quicker for you guys with 97 and above
they also give you brackets for mounting but i couldnt find any where to put them so what i did is had an extra oring clamp and put another one where the intake meets the manifold and now it stays straight with no movement or slumping
