99 suspension issues

I have done just about everything you can do (that I know of) including replacing front motor mount, rear motor mount, dogbone, all around Monroe Quik Struts, checked all other links and bushings and my 104.000 mileage Avalon Platinum Edition XLS still clunks and bangs everytime I hit even the slightest imperfection in the road. It's driving me crazy. I would appreciate any suggestions on improving the ride. I bought the car new and I have always thought the ride left something to be desired- and have found many other 99 owners feel the same way. Any info would be appreciated.

Have you checked sway bar links, sway bar frame mount bushings, control arm/bushings, ball joints?

It just rides rough...noise comes from front and rear. Is it the nature of the beast, as I have heard from other owners, because I am at a loss...as i said, everything checks out except perhaps ball joints mentioned earlier, and I will check those out as well.

Yeah my car handles like crap and makes lovely noises. I read that even though the boots on the links are not torn they can still be bad internally.

Also I've replaced front sway bar bushings, struts and mounts are 3 years old and a new right front control arm last month, clunk is still there. So its either the links or crappy mounts. I'm not sure if anything else can cause this noise.
