My son's Avalon was recently backed into by a large industrial forklift

. It bent the hood, pushed back the left fender, broked headlight & pushed back and bent the upper rad support (the main cross over piece that is welded to the left and right sides). We can get a high mileage Avalon for $700.00 for the parts. How hard is the cross support to replace? We have the fenders off and are deciding if it's worth the effort. The Avalon has 195KM's on it (about 120k miles for our US friends). Any advise would be great!
