How much R134 and PAG oil is the car supposed to have?

I have a 1996 Avalon and am trying to get the A/C working. I've replaced the Condenser and Drier/Accumulator and will be replacing the compressor as well. Most cars I've seen have a sticker in the engine compartment somewhere which tells how much R134a the system is supposed to have, but I can't find any such sticker and am having no luck trying to find out how much the system needs to be recharged with. Also, I need to know how much PAG oil I need. I can't seem to find any specs on that either. I assume it uses PAG 46? Any ideas?

Thanks! Is the 3.4 to 4.1 oz the amount to go in the compressor itself before installing it, or the total amount of oil in the system.

A generally reliable source I use confirms the refrigerant charge stated above, but shows a full system oil charge of 7 oz., after flushing and replacing receiver/drier.
