Cheap Fix
I have a 1997 avalon xls that was scrapped and dented all down the side. I wanted this fixed so got the work appraised at a body shop. They told me three grand and I said screw that. So i did some research on the stuff I would need to do it myself and with my grandpa's help i turned a $3000 job into a $250 job and it looks flawless. So the point of this post is that if u do need body work it is cheaper to do it yourself and gain the experience whether you have someone to help you or not you can do it. I did all the dent pulling, bondoing, sanding and priming myself the only part i was helped with was the actual paint. Another thing shop arounf on the paint I got screwed by paying a $100 instead of $42 by not shopping around.
