toyota camry master switch

hi everyone, i have just bought a toyota camry 1992, 2.2 , . great car, i love it. only problem is the master window switch on the drivers (right hand) side, does not work the drivers window. all the other windows work. do i need to buy a master switch unit ? if so where on earth can i get one from. i have looked allover the net and i cannot find a right hand drive master switch unit...........only a left hand drive.

So, even within in the UK you can't find right hand? Perhaps there's no difference between the versions used for rhd and lhd. Can't think of why there would need to be, since I expect it's set into a separate trim piece that is different for rt door vs left door.

all a dealer and fnd out if the part number is the same for right-hand and left-hand switches.
