Best place - Look for an auto salvage yard near you. Stuff like that is dirt cheap.

^An excellent suggestion, especially if you don't have a boneyard nearby. I've purchased a few things like that myself. Got a replacement steering wheel for $60. I shudder to think what that would cost at a dealership, if they could even get it.

I've found many parts new on Ebay cheaper than they would be used locally.

I am also located in the Atlanta area. Check the three Pull-A-Part boneyards. You can search their car inventory online. Another good source I have found is Craigslist where people list cars they are "parting out". One such guy is Kwame at 404-343-9044 in Mableton. Good luck.
