1999 Avalon wont Start but cranks good

Ok, I am frustrated. Picked this car up after it sat for 1 to 2 years. Starter was froze up and battery dead. Replaced battery with ok used on temp, got starter working, plus side battery termial connector replaced. Wasn't starting at first in park but in neutral started right up and ran great. After a few on/offs, started in park no problem.

Moved car to new location (with a lift in garage) and checked it over well. Changed oil, front brakes etc. Seemed to run great. Moved it a few times over 1 - 2 months when not traveling and getting it ready to register with DMV. One day went to bring back in to the lift and it wouldnt start but crank great with a jump on the old battery. Also note that with key in on position it won't come out of park. released park lock with overide button but doesnt start in neutral either like above.

Facts! only a single key available, no entry fob. Checked most of the fuses IGN and EFI mainand checked the EFI main and circuit opening relay to fuel pump. Not getting fuel to fuel rail. After reading manual assumed fuel pump was bad based on checking voltages with poor prints. Replaced fuel pump, still not getting pump to come on. Replaced battery so jumping wouldn't need to be done every time I work on it.

Seems like still not getting circuits satisfied. Security light seems oK. Tried unplugging MAF so it would use factory setting. Not getting fuel pump to come on and would assume new pump was tested. Will remove pump again and see if I can manually get it to turn on. I wish I had a schematic that shows which wire at pump plug were for which. Guess I will have to work from in side out? Any other ideas out there? Thanks For Reading and Ideas!

Hi All! I also found that along with the problems above, The brake lights arn't working which may meen that the brake switch is bad which would cause the Shifter lock problem. Does anyone know if this would cause a security issue starting with the shifter in Park? Confused and would appreciate any experience with this car. Thanks!
