Help please!

I have a 96 toyota avalon xls with 3.0L and the radiator blew so I replaced that and the thermostat. Drove it and it ran great just like always but went too get warm again so I remembered I needed to bleed the coolant system, so I did, while it was hot, immediately after doing so the car started runnin very bad, like its dumping waaay too much fuel. No codes, and I never got it hot enough to blow the head gasket. I think I might have fried the Coolant temp sensor but i'm not entirely sure? I'm thinkin maybe i fried the coolant temp sensor and that its tellin the injectors too dump fuel?

Help please? Thanks for helping

Hook up a scan tool and read the data stream to see what temp is being sent to the ECU.
