'95 Avalon electrical

My Avalon is the having some electrical issues. I lost the heater fan, clock, and electric windows. I checked all of the fuses inside and out. Any ideas as to what to be wrong?

You need a factory manual with wiring diagram and the ability to understand them to troubleshoot this.
