Question Suspension Parts

I'm new here so hello. I would like to know if the 1998 Toyota Avalon RHD from Japan can use suspension parts found on the 1998 Toyota Avalon LHD from the US? They have the same shape, I assume also the same specs in terms of the suspension. Do you think it can happen?

Hello and welcome to TN !
LHD and RHD don't have any different specs regarding suspensions. However they might be serviceable / not serviceable ones and it seems there is no strict rule on that matter. There have already been lots of threads on that topic. Good luck !

What suspension part specifically are you looking to change?

If it's springs, struts, swaybars, I'm sure they're interchangable.
