Just received an apexi world sport exhaust today for my bros 96 avalon. It is designed for the camry/solara but looks like i am not going to have a problem fitting it on his avalon. I figure while i am putting on the exhaust i might as well replace the clogged cat.

What size is the catalyic converter on a 96 avalon? I am ordering a high flow cat and need to know what size to order.

thanks

Finally got the Apexi put on

Well i finally got the exhaust put on h is avalon, and it didnt fit. the hangers had to be all changed (which i figured was going to happen) and they had to do a litlle cutting here and there to make it fit.

Well i guess i learned the hard way that the 98-01 solara v6 apexi exhaust will not fit a avalon without some pretty serious modification.

I also got a catco high flow converter, ngk wires , denso ik20 plugs, and made a pretty badass cold air intake similar to the one on my v6 camry. I also sold him my old adr 17's on my camry.
here is my camry pics

His avalon is starting to get pretty pimped. We are bringing it to the drags wednesday hoping for high 15's.
