Will the Lexus GS430 wheels fit on 97 Toyota Avalon

I found some new GS430 wheels online at a pretty good price. I wanted to know if these wheels will fit my 97 Avalon?? They are 5 lug 18X8 45 offset chrome.

Thanks!

They will fit but they will look funny in the rear. The wheels will sit more inward than you want. Plus you will have clearance issues with the width of the wheel and clearance of the rear strut perch.

Actually you can do what I did. I got 1" billit true spacers for the rear wheels and now there flush with the wheel wells like the fronts(looks so much better). Ill post a pic later today. THe wheels I have have a +40.

Also these spacers are very safe unlike the washer style ones. I have had the same type of spacers on my explorer for 2 yrs with no problems

Heres the ones I got for the avalon:

2000avalon - those spacers look nice! I'm gonna check and see if they have one in 1/4inch. I got the gs400 rims, the 5 spoke ones on my 96 ava and it looks great. I have them universal spacers now, and the car vibrates slightly on the freeway. So I definitly going to get these.

Well I it looks nice but Im getting a little bit of rubbing when I hit bumps I wish I could find 3/4" spacers like these. 1" is a little to much.

*update

I found a guy who makes them and can do 3/4" spacers. Ill keep you updated.
