Help With One-time Knock Noise Upon Acceleration - 95 Avalon

Wondering if someone can help me out with my 95 Avalon. The cars got only 50k miles and has not been driven much but recently I decided to change the struts due to an annoying 'knock' - which I only get upon acceleration - for one time only - from the driver side suspension.

I've ended up putting the following genuine Toyota parts:
1. All new Toyota struts & mounts
2. New Toyota control arms
3. Ball joints, tie rods, sway bar link
4. New engine shock & mounts

Yet this 'one-time knock noise' is still there. It comes from the driver side suspension. The axle was rebuilt by the dealer 2 years back the boots are OK. There is no clicking noise when I turn the car, but only (a one-time knock) when I accelerate ... it seems to come from the driver side suspsension. Changing the struts & mounts did not make a difference at all.

The engine mounts look good. Could it be the 'inner' cv joint? I've pretty much changed the whole suspension, except for the axles!!

PLEASE HELP, Im going crazy with this!!!

Thanks.

did you change dogbone mount too?

you changed your front strut and mounts or some mechanic.?

when you turn your steering wheel, are you feeling vibration or knocking in steering wheel?

if it only makes a knock when you accelerate, made theres something dangling? check under the engine when you get it on a lift. Only 50k mi shouldn't be anythign wrong with the engine.

Thanks camlex & Bunthy - I found the problem. It was the rear struts & mounts...changed them out and the noise went away. However, I do find it strange because the noise was from the front suspension and now its gone. Oh well, alls well that ends well.
