Canada 1998 Avalon rear suspension for trailer

Hello
I am new on the board and have loked in the old messages, but am not able to locate.
I have a 1998 Avalon with 232,000 km.I would like to pull a Tent trailer (12') with electric brakes. After instalalation of a Class III hitch and electric brakes the car sits to low to the ground.Went to a suspesion shop and they looked for Cargo Coils but none where available. So besides putting OEM parts on car is their any other suggestions? And is their any Canadian part suppliers?
Thanks,Merci

whoa, pulling a trailer with your avalon....

I was gonn ado the same for my pop-up but didn't wanna risk overheating and ruin the the tranny. As far as struts go..I don't think there are any upgradable struts for pulling on the avalon. I think the only strut for our car is oem, KYb GR2 and Tokico HP Blues. People have said the GR2 is a little bit stiff so taht may help a bit, I guess? I have the gr2 put in for about 3weeks now and they are stiffer than teh stock struts but I dunno if that will aid in towing a trailer.
FYI- our avalon is made to pull 2000lbs (4400kg?) MAX.

I would put an oil cooler too to aid in keepign the oil temp down.

Normal temp is 120-150 F (48-65C)

High Temp is 180-200 (82-93C)
Any higher than 230~ will probably melt the internal components.
