We would recommend a 225 45 18 in an XL or reinforced load rating in addition to running higher air pressures to meet the load capacity. The 245 may work, but you'll have to test fit to be sure. Another size that would work would be a 215 50, but I don't carry any tires in the size currently. Give me a call if you want to discuss the details and specs of the sizes. 800 428 8355 ext 663
