this is the spec on the 06
3.538:1 first gear ratio,
2.045:1 second gear ratio,
1.333:1 third gear ratio,
0.972:1 fourth gear ratio,
0.731:1 fifth gear ratio and
3.583:1 reverse gear ratio
no idea on the final for the ratio's i think the repair manual should have it. my brother has the repair manual and i dont feel like asking him now.
it should bolt up even if it was for the 2az i think they have the same bell housing. only thing i think might not work is if they changed the axles (inner stub area) and the mounting bracket.
i just looked up the prices for them in florida. there about 700 for a 2006! if i knew that when i did my swap i might of opted for that.
