Oil change for avalon 2001

I have a avalon 2001 with 50k mile. I am currently using exon 10w 30.Just would like to know if that is a good quality / type of oil to use.

Any help will be greatly appreciated..

Check the "sludge issue" and go from there. You can pull the front valve cover fairly easily and find out.
