carl has been having trouble with his email, and just so you know he would never blow you off. i checked with him about the bushings, and he gave some stuff to tell you. the bushings that he made seem to work for 94ish and earlier cars. we are still unsure of the change in the production year. basically, if you can look at your bushings, and they are the same size, it will work. if one bushing is larger than the other, we will have to wait just a bit before he makes the other bushing. it should be soon anyway.
Let us know your impression of the PTS SHIFTTRONIC. It would be interesting to see if it makes any difference vs a stock tranny. 1/4 mile times? I would suspect it would be more advantagous for the non VVT-i V6 cars since the power really drops off after 5300rpm.
Also, provide impressions/dyno of your JP header/Y-pipe mods. I'd like to see how much it makes on a N/A car as opposed to the S/C ones.
Looking forward to seeing and hearing your results.
Javalon, you had made some claims before about the high-HP you achieved before. Someone had asked for actual proof, but never responded.
I'm sorry, but I think he screwed up the car bad. Cardomain page said he has no stereo and he replaced the nice leather avalon seats with cheap buckets. What's the point of having a avalon if you're gonna rip out all the nice things and put stupid stickers on it? Not like there's any aftermarket support, no superchargers, nothing. Better off getting a 3.0 camry and adding a supercharger.
you brought this 2yr old thead back to life just to bash on it? that's cold........
HAHHA I was looking at that too. Well )! has just recently joined, but that funny though, bash away since he never really provided the numbers or actually list of modding, just NOS..as far as I can see with my little eyes.
