I have HID on the Low Beams and not for high because i barely use High Beams. if You were to add HID on high beam, use will lose daytime running light (DRL). For the fog lights, It uses same type of bulb as low beam. The Bulb type is "9006 (HB4)". If you want pictures where I placed the ballast (For the Low Beams) just ask. I don't know where a secure place to put the ballast for the fog lights.

I'm currently using 55W HID kit, They are brighter. Some people sell 35W Kit? but they aren't as bright as 55W Kit but bright then Halogen.
I recommend you put Relay Harness. to protect the car's factory electrical system because without the Relay Harness, the ballast draws more power throw the factory electrical system, will might burn the whole system.
