is300 wheels on an 02 avalon

hey whats up guys ... i just bought an 02 avalon, its got stock 15's on it and i really think the is300 rims would look real nice on the car. Anyway i was wondering if they would pop on fine with no problems. I know that the bolt pattern between the two cars is the same .. but i wasn't sure if i would need wheel spacers or anything like that .. any help is appreciated .. thanks

Both the bolt pattern 5x114.3mm and the offset, +40 are the same. That wheel may also be hubcentric 60.1mm if my memory is correct on toyota hub bore for their cars. If the IS300 has a smaller bore, the wheel will not fit. If the Is300 has a larger hub bore, you will need to look into hub centric rings to keep it nice and centered.
