Hello- My Dad has asked me to sell a "Meter Assembly," part # 83800-07021. It is brand new, he bought it for his 2000 Avalon that was having electrical problems in the dash....but 2 mechanics and a couple of weeks worth of work later, they still couldn't figure out the issue...He has instead purchased a brand new Camry. My problem is that I can't find a description or listing of this part anywhere online. He gave me the info right off the box and I have been searching for it to no avail. Any help would be appreciated! thanks! Carrie
