USA Post-wreck vibrations 2003 Avy

I recently wrecked my 2003 Avalon with only cosmetic damage (to the tune of $7500). The body shop advised no structural/undercarriage damage. The body looks great, but had back in the shop 3 times for steering wheel vibrations at 60-70 mph. They finally put new Toyo tires on it, aligned, balanced and promised all was good. Well, it isn't. Still have the vibration, but not ALL the time. Also, front drivers-side brakes get hotter than the other 3. Any help is GREATLY appreciated! Everyone I know is clueless as to what it might be.

Don't you think the heavy impact might caused one of the brake disc to be slightly bent? And this unflatness causing the vibration that only noticeable on higher speed?
Well what do I know, just my 2 cents.

I guess that's possible, but it brakes just fine. I'm thinking maybe a caliper sticking, but not sure.

Well, It depends on the weight on the bearing. Turning, breaking, accelleration will shift the weight of the car to diffrent wheels thanks to our friend physics, and the more weight on a funky bearing, the more noise it would make.

High speed shimming(45mph-70mph) can caused by :

I) wheels or tires

a) out of balance
b) too much road force due to 1) rim bent ,2)tire is not mounted in their ideal location 3) defective tire

2) Brakes

c) pitting (high spot) on your rotors- you may need to put a dial indicator on your rotor and spin your rotor to see is it is wrap or not

Remember you said "Also, front drivers-side brakes get hotter than the other 3."
Check and see if that caliper is seized. -- it makes the front end shake when driving on a long road trip..(when driving in an extended period of time without stopping)
