Rear Jacking/lifting points 00 Avalon - Toyota Nation Forum : Toyota Car and Truck Forums

I'm about to rotate my tires and am looking for a spot under the rear to place my floor jack to lift the car and set it on jackstands. The front looks like I can use the crossmember to lift and side rails for the stands, but I'm not sure about the rear of the car. Any Suggestions?

I usually rotate in the spare, change one tire out a time then rotate the spare out. This keeps 3 tires on the ground at all times.

Thanks for the suggestion. Rotating the spare also spreads tire wear and results in longer life for all 5 tires. Unfortunately, my spare doesn’t match the other tires, so I just want to get her up off the ground and do the rotation and give the car a good inspection.

It's between the rear tires, next to the exhaust pipe. You'll see a bump in the middle of the car- that's your target.

Thanks for the information. I wasn't sure if the rear center location was stout enough to jack the car.

yup, it'll held my Avy. I had my car jacked up 18 inches using that jack point. Makes reaching the calipers/rotors/brakes a snap.
