Fan relays on 01 Avalon??

Anyone have a clue which relay controls the high speed fan on the radiator fan?? On the front of the radiator are 3 relays fan 1 fan 2 and fan 3. The 2 outer ones are the same size a 16 and the center one is the biger on a 17.. Another thread for the over heating 01 avalon is my other one..

I figure i start this one for the electronic guru. (not me) I replaced the temp sensor on the bottom of the radiator last week. I can jump the connection at the sensor and the connector on top of the radiator and can kick the fan into a high speed.. My car still gets hot ( above 1/2 to 3/4) and it should kick on.but it does not. The connections are good and tight.. i can turn the inside fan on high with full heat and it cools down

Could it be the relay not telling to kick on? or is there another sensor i can check.. Any help is always appreciated..
