2003 Code 1135 Help

2003 vvt-i 6-cyl w/ code 1135, a/f sensor, autozone read code for me . is that the one at firewall? ohmed out the front one & the resistance between the two black wires & got a reading of .001 & nothing on the blue &white wires. could not get to B1S1 getting to dark in texas. question is , am i reading on my meter the right ohms & if i replace that B1S1 sensor will CEL go out or is there aprocedure i have todo to clear that lite? any help or advice would be appreciated.

Bank 1 Sensor 1 is in firewall side of engine. 22mm wrench required. Light will go out over time but I'd stop and ask A-zone to clear for me. P.S. A/F ratio will be more $$ but this is a part I'd stick with genuine Toyota.
