We have the navigation system and a few months back we started noticing that the controller (next to the shift knob) was having a hard time navigating through the menus, or otherwise unresponsive. At first I thought it might be the battery, but the controller is always docked. Anyways, I was wondering if anybody has had a similar problem before and if there are any suggestions for me try and find out what the problem is. If it's a controller, is it as simple as buying a new one? TIA.
