2002 Avalon XLS Passenger heat vents blow cold

The driver's vent and defrost are hot. The passenger are cool. It's not in dual or auto mode. Have turned it off completely, back on, tried many combinations, etc.

Any help is appreciated. Will take a closer look in the morning when I have daylight.

Is your A/C operated by turning the knobs(cable driven) or push of a button(electric)? If it is cable driven, rip out the carpet on the driver's side where the gas pedal is, check to see if the end of the cable that is connected to the manual control of the knobs is still connected to a white plastic piece(the white piece can be push back and forth).

It's all push button. Seems like I need to find a repair manual to see what and where the parts are.

If you're not aware of it, for a fee you can access Toyota's Technical Information System to get the information you need. Here's the link....
