Question about changing struts
I have a 2002 Toyota Avalon XLS and am changing the struts because the mounts are making alot of noise. I only want to go in there one time, so I am changing everything at the same time.
I ordered the strut mounts(toyota calls them supports), struts, coils, and rubber insulators. The mounts didn't come with bearings. This is the first time that I have seen them without the bearings. Can anyone give me advise on this? Are the old bearings pressed in? Do I need to buy new bearings and press them into the mount? Or can they be transfered without a problem?
any help is appreciated,
Joe
