USA Avalon 03 Steering Vibrates

Hello All

Whenever i brake steering Shakes , the Local toyota dealer recommended changing only R/F Caliper Rotors and Pads the Left one are pretty good in condition. and Local Auto shop recommends to change both Front Sets Caliper/Rotors/Pads/Hoses as Keeping Old and New Caliper Combination is Risky as my car would pull to left when i brake.

Need your advice if should i replace boht calipers or only the faulty one.

Check the wheel torque. 76 ft-lbs on mine, and they don't use hand held torque wrenches at most shops.
Preset impact gun at 100 ft-lbs and you've got shimmy!

if the brake pedal also pulsates while braking then you have warped rotors. You shouldn't need calipers unless the pads are wearing unevenlly or the car pulls hard during braking, or if the pads wear too fast or the rotors seem to warp alot.
