I have a Toyota Avalon 2000. With 145,678 miles on it. Would any of you recommend using the "high millage oil"? I currently use Valvoline 5w-30 conventional with no issues.

I'm kind of ambivalent about it. It could help if your oil seals are getting old. I don't know the chemicals that are in the oils very well.

You'll probably be fine to go with any bargain name brand oil, especially if the cheaper price helps you to change the oil more often.

save up for some auto-rx to really help those seal stay clean.

If you have no issues such as excessive oil loss, then stick with your preference in oil.
