the PCV system

Where is the PCV located on the 2000 Avalon. A photo would be fantastic.

The PCV for a 2000 Avalon V6 engine is located on the rear valve cover (the one closest to the firewall). It is on the pulley side of the engine (on the passenger side). It's a bit hard to see but if you look on the top of the rear valve cover on the pulley side you should see it. Just pull it out to replace it or clean it. Of course, you will have to remove the rubber hose that connects to it.
