ECU Location?

Hi guys, need a little help here.

Where is the ECU located in the second generation Avalon? Is it relatively easy to access?

Not sure what are you looking for, but on my Avalon 2000, the ECM located at the passenger kick pad, behind glove box; that where I tap my speed sensor and reverse wire for my navigation. I have to take out my glove box to make it easy to access for me.

Found this file the other day.

Is for a Camry of course, but I believe most of the info applicable to Avalon. See page 19.
