navigation install help

im new here and just got a 2002 xls. my aunt was the original owner and the car runs like new with 110000 miles !!!! anyway, im putting a nav system in but need help locating the vehicle speed sensor wire in the dash so that i can get this done. any help is greatly appreciated !!!

How your nav installation going? I installed mine on Avalon 2000, so I am not sure if the wiring were the same in 2002. Anyway, I located the VSS wire behind the passenger kick pad panel, color is violet-white (V-W), pin #22, next to Black wire #27. There were 2 V-W wires in 2 different connectors, I got it in the connector that had more wires. The backup wire was in that location too, color Red-Black, I used my meter to check for 12V when I shift to reversed. Hope it helps.
