Question 2000 Avalon XLS Rear Lateral / Control arm bushings

how can i replace bushings of rear adjustable control arm / lateral arm, and where i can get those, i checked without removing from the suspension carrier that the forward rear control arms and after lateral (adjustable) arms bushings same, i have shop press and also ordered the energy suspension bushings for the forward and going to order same thing for the adjustable lateral arm, just want to make sure that is there something special in those arm bushings?? or i just can change it without any problem, please some tell me asap

i mean my question is this ==> are the rear forward control arm bushings and the rear after control arm (adjustable) bushings same ????

finally i got all my work done in my avalon, just to let u know guys u cannot put the bushings in lateral arm of avalon in either one, both fixed and adjustable have the metal bearing inside that cannot be replaced or fixed, only whole arm can be replaced, and the construction of that arms seems to me that it cannot go bad even in 20 years, unless u stuck in accident and arms got broked, otherwise no need to replace those arms.
