2000Camry Drivers Mirror Hanging, Plastic broke, no place to screw it nack on! =( Plz

i hit a plastic cone on the interstate and now my Drivers Side mirror is hanging
i want to replace the mirror but even then.. the whole housing is hanging and theirs no place to screw another one in
the plastic it screws into is broke off

what can i do?
i wonder if EProxy would work?
Liquid steel maybe? idk =\

plz help im begging for answers i really dont want another ticket my luck lately has been shit

get another one from ebay and the entire assembly should unbolt from the inside.

some one post up a pic for this guy so he can fix this issue.
