Are there any good options to help. It has 135,800 miles. I had the transmission fluid flushed around 90,000 miles.

I'd flush it again for starters...

Does it shift hard in all gears and reverse? How does it shift when manually selecting a gear? How long has it been doing this(what mileage did it start). Was it after the flush?

It started probably about 125,000 miles. I flushed it around 90,000 - 95,000 miles.

It's mainly in the lower gears. I haven't noticed it in reverse.
